This fee will be added on to any appointment time that is not listed on my posted schedule. Anytime before 9am and any time after 6pm on tues-thurs. Anytime before 10am or after 4pm Friday and sat. This is includes if you book a combo at 4 or 6.(Availability is subject to change based on the day of the week)
