I look forward to servicing you all 💗 Please read through following Policies to prevent any confusion prior to booking. POLICY •Before booking a timeslot, please check out my calendar in my highlights on IG for accurate times🫶🏽 My time slots posted for the month, may look different on my site if the Schedule is already booked. (schedule for month comes out 20th of each month ) •Please compare time slots to website times before booking and check with me if that time slot is still available if website says otherwise. This ensures appointments do not run into someone else’s appointment time. •If you are a new client, and have pre existing nail enhancements, make sure to book a soak off added on to your appointment. Therefore, I do not work over others work. • Please come in with HEALTHY nails. I do not work over nails that cannot withstand acrylic enhancements . I will to turn you away if you have any pre existing conditions, cracks,bleeding on nails. •$20 deposit required Appointment will not be accepted without a deposit. FORMS OF PAYMENT (remaining balance) Apple Pay -(209)752-9137 Zelle - Hayden.imani705@gmail.com Tap Cash LATE POLICY •I have a 5min grace period. After 5mins you will be charged $5 late fee. After 15mins your appointment will be cancelled and card on file will be charged 50% of service. If I decide to still service you after 15mins grace period, you will be charged $20 late fee. CANCELLATION POLICY •Although deposits are non refundable, they are transferable if you cancel within 24hrs of your appointment time. • Deposits are only valid/transferable for up to 30 days from the original booking date. Deposit is forfeited when rescheduling past 30 days. •If you cancel the same day of appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, along with card being charged 50% of service total. •Appointment must be cancelled/rescheduled through website, not through text/Dm •If you book for a combo (Nails and toes) cancelling one service the same day, will result in you still paying full price. •No call no show=banned from booking •No call no shows and same day cancellations, will result in your card on file being charged 50% of service total. If I decide to still take you after the 15min mark, you will need to pay the $20 late fee. EXTRA GUEST •I do not allow extra guest but if you absolutely need to bring a plus one, please text me asking if that is ok. This includes, children. I understand sometimes things happen last minute. Please just communicate with me before hand. Some days we will need to reschedule because kids can be disruptive and push back my schedule. SQUEEZE IN •$45 squeeze in fee •Any slots after 6pm •Any in between time slots that aren’t posted on my schedule (not website) will be considered a squeeze in. •Example: Time slot on my Website says 3pm but you see 4pm on my posted schedule. Sometimes I can make it work depending on what’s on schedule for that day, with an additional squeeze in charge of $45 All policies will be enforced. Please keep this in mind before booking.
